Full Extraction - Formatted or Raw Output
The ultimate solution, SJV uses Fetch technology exclusively to provide a complete result. You will either receive a “Clear” or, if there is a “Match”, the full case details will be returned immediately, profoundly accelerating your turn around times. This often applies to not only County Level searches but Statewide Repositories as well. As a unique option, SJV’s dedicated team of Records Specialists will format each record to confirm accuracy while also eliminating junk data, abbreviations, adding notations of last action dates, etc. The record is ready to be processed by our customers immediately, with no additional ‘scrubbing’ required. This transfers costs that are normally borne by our clients to SJV, reducing processing costs of our clients.
Automated Plus Investigator
Combines “Match / No Match” automated research technology with our conventional research methods to provide a complete result for every request. If an order is “Clear” you will receive a completed response in minutes. If there is a “Match” indication and additional research is required, SJV responds instantly and assigns that search to a court researcher or in-house investigator for completion. Through this unique combination you will always receive a complete report.
Automated Federal Records Search
This search allows SJV to conduct Federal-based searches with Match/No Match, Full Extraction, or Automated plus Investigator methods. This includes all Federal Jurisdictions including Puerto Rico and all US Territories and can be isolated to Criminal, Civil, Bankruptcy, or all Federal Case Types.
Automated NSOR-Match/No Match
This National Sex Offender Registry (NSOR) search is offered by SJV & Associates and is considered to be an “up to the minute” search of the Department of Justice (DOJ) Repository. Using the automated accuracy and artificial intelligence of Fetch Technologies, this process pinpoints the search as match or no-match immediately providing results to you within minutes. The user will receive notification of a “Clear” or “Record”. This solution reduces the amount of manual search time dramatically.
FetchCheck
The original Fetch Technologies solution for background checks, this service offers a direct “Match / No Match” result for County Criminal and Statewide Searches. In minutes you will receive a “Clear” or “Record”. Should there be a “Record” where additional research is required; our customers refer to their specific business policies and procedures for reassignment and completion.
