VP of International Solutions & Compliance
Nitza joined SJV in 2015 and oversees the company’s growing International Division. In her role, Nitza’s focus is to expand SJV’s Global Footprint through new and enhanced solutions, while service as dedicated and expert resource to SJV’s customers in all areas of International Screening. Nitza brings over 25 years of experience in the Background and Pre-Employment Screening Industries. During this time she has spearheaded the efforts for numerous organizations seeking business optimization.
Director of Client Services
Jeff has been with SJV since 2007 and is currently leading the Client Services Department. In his role, Jeff’s focus is to ensure our clients have a positive experience as valued business partners and are receiving the highest level of service possible. Jeff previously served as SJV’s Processing Manager and Client Services Manager. This unique combination of experience allows him to inject his brand of leadership and knowledge of the industry across multiple departments, along with his understanding of customer needs and expectations. Jeff earned his Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Emory University in 2015.
Director of Sales
Nat started with SJV in 2013 as a Senior Sales Executive. Prior to that he worked as a Program Manager and Channel Sales Manager for one of the largest CRAs in the world. With roots in operations, he transitioned into roles dedicated to Business Development with a keen focus on Process Improvement and Pricing Efficiencies. He also served two consecutive terms as Chairman of the NAPBS Provider Advocacy Group driving objectives and projects to benefit the Furnisher Community. Nat brings more than a decade of screening industry experience and product knowledge to serve the Clients of SJV.
Director of Quality Assurance
Matt joined SJV in 2011 and currently serves as Quality Assurance Manager. Previously, Matt served as a Lead Processor in the Processing Department. Matt currently manages SJV’s Court Researcher network through a comprehensive Quality Management System and is responsible for ensuring the highest level of product quality, service time, accuracy, and ultimately client satisfaction. He is also responsible for maintaining SJV’s ISO 9001:2008 Certification, working hand-in-hand with all departments to ensure SJV continues to meet the very highest quality standards.
Brian has been with SJV since 2011, and currently serves as Processing Manager. In his role, Brian is responsible for overseeing one of the largest departments at SJV, specifically dedicated to producing timely and accurate results for SJV’s core business solution. Brian graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, in 2006. Prior to his tenure at SJV, he worked as a police officer with the Gwinnett County Police Department and later as a private investigator for a local P.I. firm.
Corey joined SJV in 2005. As I.T. Manager, Corey is responsible for the development and maintenance of all Automated Criminal products, guiding system integrations with clients and system partners, and bringing together the resources and knowledge for development initiatives. Previously, Corey has served as SJV's Criminal Team Leader and Client Services Manager until 2009, and as Project Manager from 2009-2015. He is also an Internal Auditor for our ISO 9001:2008 Certification. Corey is a member of Infragard Atlanta, ScrumAlliance, and the Project Management Institute.
