Criminal Record Search

Determines felony and/or misdemeanor criminal records. Can be searched in County Courts, statewide criminal record repositories, and Federal District Courts. A seven-year search is standard but records can be researched back further at the request of the client.

Civil Records

Reveals lawsuits filed by or against an individual subject or business. Federal civil and divorce record searches are also available. Again, a seven-year search is standard but exceptions can be made if necessary.

Vital Records

Includes the retrieval of marriage and death certificates critical to the medical, life insurance, and financial industries. To learn more about this service click here.

Process Service

SJV & Associates now offers process service in the North Georgia counties of Cobb, Bartow, Paulding, Gordon, and Cherokee. Other counties can be served upon request on a case-by-case basis.

Bankruptcy History

Reveals bankruptcy history for both individuals and companies in State and Federal Courts.

Motor Vehicle Report

Used to validate the status of a subject's driver's license and the date of expiration. The search is conducted through the local department of motor vehicles and usually goes back three to four years depending on the state.
